ADMISSION AND FEES
Selecting the ideal school for your child is a significant decision that requires careful consideration. Our admission process is here to support you every step of the way, ensuring that you make an informed choice for your child's growth and success.
The Application Process
1. Fill out the application form correctly.
2. A non-refundable administrative fee of R250.00 is payable along with the application.
3. Submit the form along with the requested documentation, proof of payment of the administrative fee, and three months' bank statements to admin@chartercollege.co.za.
4. The application will then be assessed and forwarded to the school bursar.
5. A CRA is conducted.
6. Placement is confirmed.
7. A non-refundable amount of R2,500.00 is payable once the student is offered placement.
The following documentation must accompany your application:

A certified copy of the student’s latest report card.

A Certified copy of the students Birth Certificate or Passport.

A copy of the parent/s ID or Passport.

3 months bank statements not older than a month.
The following documents are not mandatory however may assist your application:

Educational and behavioral references from the student’s current school.
PLEASE NOTE:
An educational assessment and interview may be requested by the school.
Student Withdrawal
To withdraw a student from the school, a written notice period of at least one full term is required. Please consult the Enrollment Form for details on the Fee Policy and other terms and conditions. A copy of the form can be provided upon request.
